ABOUT THE AUTHOR Ashwini Kumar Tiwari

Dr. Ashwini Kumar Tiwari (b. 1954) did his M.A. in Political Science from Utkal University and Ph.D. from Sambalpur University. At present Dr. Tiwari is working as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Political Science, BJB College, Bhubneshwar, Orissa.
