ABOUT THE AUTHOR Babagrahi Biswal
Professor (dr.) Babagrahi Biswal is a renowned scholar of Educational Technology, having specialization on Instructional Television Production and Research. He obtained his Master's Degree in Education from Utkal University; Bhubaneswar and Doctorate from CASE, M.S. University of Baroda. He worked as a research associate in the Center of Advanced Study in Psychology; Utkal University. As a British Council Fellow, he visited England to study educational television production and research. He has produced as number of research based instructional radio, television and computer learning programmes. As an academician, his services are being utilized by Academic Staff Colleges, NCERT, AIR, CIET, IBPS, SCERT, IGNOU, UNICEF, DOORDARSHAN, IASEs, DIETs, and many other States and National level organizations. He is the founder Secretary General of Orissa Institute of Educational Research, Bhubaneswar. He has guided sixteen Ph.D. scholars. Presently involved in projects like identification and development of talents, village knowledge centers, networking of educational institutions and development of computer based instructional materials.

Pramod Chandra Dash, Senior lecturer in Education, Prananath Autonomous college of Khurda, Orissa served in the education department for 22 years.
