ABOUT THE AUTHOR Krishna Nath

The author was graduated with Honours in English from the University of Burdwan, W.B. in the year 1979. She obtained her M.A. degree in English from the University of Tripura, Agartala, in the year 1992. She was awarded the Ph.D degree in English by University of Tripura in 2001. At present she is an assistant teacher in English, Maharani Tulsibati Higher Secondary School, Agartala, West Tripura, a prestigious Girls Institution of more than 110 years. Previously, she was an English teacher in Assembly of God Church school, Asansol, W.B. for about 5 years. She passed the course of CHARUKALA RATNAKAR final of the Academy of Music and Fine Arts from India Kala Sangit Mahavidyalya, Khairagarh, M.P. and was placed in the First Division, in the year 1986, from Sapta Rangini Centre, Durgapur, W.B. She has a particular interest to focus on the matters of women and has few articles on her credit.
