Dr. V. Govinda Reddy has M.A. (Eng.), M.A. (Soc.), M.Sc. (Psy.), M.Ed., B.L. Ph. D. (Education). At present he is working as teaching faculty in the Department of Education, Sri Krishnasevaraya University, Anantapur (A.P.). He is having the credit of 6 research papers in national journals, 10 research papers presented in international and national conferences/Seminars and 2 M.Phil. Degrees in Education were awarded under his guidance. He is assisted as resource person for SCERT and attends training programmes. He is assisted with many educational and research bodies.
