Panigrahy (born in 1975) possesses the qualification of post Graduation in Economics from Berhampur University, Orrisa; PGDCA from India Education Centre, New Delhi; Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Madurai Kamraj University, Tamil Nadu. He had worked since 2nd Dec.’ 96 in Rayagada Collage, Rayagada, Orrisa as Computer Teacher and now working as a Computer Teacher in Science Collage, Hinjilicut, Orrisa.
