ABOUT THE AUTHOR Rajib Lochan Panigrahy

R.L. Panigrahy (born in 1975) possesses the qualification of post Graduation in Economics from Berhampur University, Orrisa; PGDCA from India Education Centre, New Delhi; Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Madurai Kamraj University, Tamil Nadu. He had worked since 2nd Dec.’ 96 in Rayagada Collage, Rayagada, Orrisa as Computer Teacher and now working as a Computer Teacher in Science Collage, Hinjilicut, Orrisa. He is teach9ng both Under Graduate and Graduate students. He is the author of the boos –“ HRD & Labour Welfare” from Mohit Publications, New Delhi; 4 books are ready for publication. He has contributed many articles are presented in different state and national level conferences and 8 articles are published. He has participated in 3 national conferences and workshops, 8 state conferences, 5 literary conferences. He is member of Computer Society of India, Govt. of India, Mumbai; Orrisa Commerce Association, Berhampur University; Commerce and Economics Society of Orrisa, Berhampur; Yuga Sahitya Sansad, Berhampur; Orrisa Mathematic Society, Utkal university with many socio-economic organizations/ institutions.
