Talented Children: Identification and Education

Talented Children with handicapping conditions do form a unique and special group. Typically, these children are recognized or their handicap, not for their gifts and talents. It is logical to say that these children, given the opportunity to develop their potentials, can make significant impact on society. Until recent times, however, these children were generally undereducated. It is very hard to say how many such individuals could never maximize because we fail to recognize, support and nourish their potential gifts and talents. This book, gives an insight into the problems and need of the talented physically challenged children, their identification, and some more programming ideas toward accommodating their needs.
