Before the start of 21 century rapid charge came over in all sphere of life. Such as personal, social, economical, political and education also. When we think about the rapid charges in education we feel some confusion or feel a situation of dilemma. Therefore, we last fully accept aided or self financing college or semi aided and so on. Mostly the situation of teacher education is on the Dilemma. Therefore, we feel to discuss about this condition. So that we organised a National Seminar on Teacher Education in Dilemma dated 12 – 13 – Nov. 2005 at Prayag Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Allahabad. The past one decade has seen an unprecedented accumulation of knowledge concerning quality impact in teachers education. Unfortunately, the very mass of the information explosion has created problems for those concerned with disseminating the material. School, college and university course, initially structured to meet the growing demand for quality impact awareness has become and uphill struggle for teachers and students alike. This is the era of globalization. There is a move towards flexible specialization.  Things that men/women desire, like and prefer are values provided should be desirable. The range of desire, like and preferences may be limited or unlimited.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR M.S. Singh

Dr. Maya Shankar Singh is working as a Principal of Digvijainath P.G. College, Gorakhpur (U.P.) previously Dr. Singh was working as a Sr. Reader in Department of Education of Handia P.G. College, Handia (U.P.) since 30 years. He has been participated near about 100 national and international seminar, symposium and Workshops till now. He has more than 75 published papers in national and international journals.
