Education is one of the important agencies of socialisation of children, adults and even oldage people. Socialisation is a life-long process and without entering the formal and informal education system, it would be incomplete. Education transmits our cultural heritage and social values from one generation to another. Teaching is a very responsible job, because it directly involves shaping the mind-set and thinking of the students, which in turn, affect family and society. Instinctive and attitudinal spirit of teaching, ultimately lead to the well-being of both the students and the teachers.
