The book will fulfil a long-felt need in the domain of ELT andwillbe useful for pupil teachers, practising school teachersandteacher educators. Some of the most important researchfindingsmentioned in this book are based on the analysis andinterpretationof errors detected in the written and spoken languageof B.Ed. andETE students. While analyzing these errors, I haveinvolved mystudents, from time to time, in explicit andcomprehensivediscussion on why these errors occur and how they canbe eliminatedor at least minimized. On the basis of suchdiscussions, the pupilteachers were encouraged to prepare visualaids and use them duringtheir teaching practice in schools.
