Telecommuting gives workers a lot f flexibility and cuts down on commuting time. With modern telecommunication methods and sophisticated management tools, this is eminently possible, though one may never meet co-workers regularly. Read this book to find out all about this concept of working and how it can successfully be tied to business strategies and the advantages and challenges it presents. Business students, business teachers, telecommuting consultants, business executives, and potential telecommuters wanting greater insights into this concept will learn a lot from this book.
