The book discusses the issues of terrorism in context of democracy. The contributors has examined the intricacies of both the concepts of terrorism and democracy, also in philosophical context. Contributions are also devoted to trace the adverse impact of terrorism on democracy, to underline the causes and suggest remedies, in the context of international, transnational and intranational perspectives.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR Bimal Prasad Singh
"Dr. Bimal Prasad Singh (b. 1964), holds a first class first Master's degree in Political Science from Magadh University and another first class Master's degree in Public Administration from the same University. He obtained his Ph.D degree in Political Science from the Magadh University. Dr. Singh Specialises in Public Administration and current political issues. Widely travelled, he has participated in a number of national and international seminars and conferences. Dr. Singh has written a good number of research articles and books. He is also associated with many national and international bodies as Consultant and Adviser. As a well known academic, Dr. Singh teaches political science in A.N. College, Patna, a constituent unit of Magadh University, Bodh-Gaya.
