Botany is the science, which investigates the internal and external structures of plants, their function, in regard to nutrition, growth, movement and reproduction their adaptations to varying conditions of the environment, their distribution in space and time, their life history relationships and classification. The present book deals with the study of plants from many points of view. This edition will be very useful for B.Sc. students of Botany.
