Namrata Palta is a Post Graduate in Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune and a graduate in English Honors with a certification, as a Voice and Accent trainer. She also has a diploma in Hotel Management. She has worked with India's top BPO's like EXL and Vertex and has conducted training workshops of some of the largest and reputed MNC's and BPO's like Hewitt, Career Launcher and RMSI. She has her own training institute called "Spoken English" where she conducts sessions on Spoken English and has addressed the need of developing and improvising the communication skills of more than 3000 students.
