ABOUT THE AUTHOR Sankarshan Thakur

SANKARSHAN THAKUR was born in Patna, and went to St Xavier's School, Patna and Hindu College at the University of Delhi. He began his journalistic career with Sunday Magazine, and joined The Telegraph in 1985. He currently works as the associate editor of the paper.
