Commander CP Sharma is a BTech from IT, BHU. He has had an active career spanning twenty-five years in the Indian Navy. After retirement he started practicing Yoga and this book is the result of the author’s ten-year long experience in therapeutic yoga through self-healing and training he has imparted to people individually. An excellent orator, he also delivers corporate lectures at esteemed institutes and establishments. His lectures at institutes such as IMT Ghaziabad and Symbiosis Bengaluru and Industrial establishments like the Indian Oil Corporation have been well-received.
