The Concept of the Naga Cross-Cultural Missionary Outreach

The author analyses the recent missionary outbreak in Nagaland and the church’s struggle for professional orientation to acquire control over a communal missionary movement that got underway.  Thus, a test of quality on part of the church in areas such as decision making management of church offices, execution of authority, professionalism in Christian ministry, etc. is undertaken.
