P.C. Salpekar has held senior positions in advanced research with the central Food Technology research Institute and central Drug Institute. He is specially known for his book The Perils of Plastic: Surviving the Synthetic Age.

Raymond Benette was a student of Anthropology at Amherst College, Massachusetts and got his Master’s degree in Political Science from Chicago. Working as foreign correspondent for prominent Indian and South Asian journals including Far Eastern Economic review, he developed deep interest towards documentary film making. Raymond quit journalism but not writing, he churned out almost a dozen of books and equal number society, culture and wild life including his latest on communalist upsurge in India.
