Yashbir Sharma, is a Delhi born Punjabi with a long career in Journalism. This is second book on Punjabi food. His first book was titled ‘The Dhabas of Amritsar.’ A culinary enthusiast, he continues to reside in Delhi and regale people with stories of his culinary adventures in food and is currently working on his next book.
