ABOUT THE AUTHOR P.B. Rathod

Dr. P.B. Rathod (born on May 5, 1958) has consistently good academic record. He did his B.A. from Karnatak University Dharwad in 1980 and M.A. (Political Science) from Gulbarga University Gulbarga (Karnataka)in 01982. He also did his Ph.D. from Gulbarga University in 1998. On Development Administration. He is continuously engaged in research pursuits. His several research Papers/ Articles have also been Published in reputed Journals. He is a life member of the Indian Institute of Public Administration New Delhi. He has actively participated in various seminars, workshops and summer institute. Presently he is one of the staff of the Post-graduate Department of Political Science Gulbarga University. He has 16 years of teaching experience of M.A. classes.
