ABOUT THE AUTHOR K.C. Mukherjee

The author of this book, Shri K.C. Mukherjee , born in 1924, is a scholarly person, who obtained a B.A. Honours, M.A., B.T. and post-graduate diploma in Journalism from the university of Calcutta and after shifting to England in 1955, he obtained a post graduate Diploma, M.A. and Ph.D. in Education from the university of London. He was appointed as a Lecturer in comparative education at the university of London. Institute of Education, where he taught for 20 years. He got a scholarship from the university of Oslo in Norway and became the Secretary of the International Summer session in 1962. As a visiting professor he taught at the university in Calgary in Canada, at the university of Illinois Institute of Education, and at the Kent Sate University, in America. He also taught at the Folk University of Denmark and lectured at the universities of Aberystwyth and Cambridge in England. While he was teaching at the university of London, the university of Calcutta and university of Madras appointed him as an external examiner for doctorate students. He became one of the two leaders of Comparative educational Topurs organised by the universities of London, Reading and Oxford and for many years took students to paris, berlin, Hague, Brussels, Budapest, Warsaw and Moscow. He also lectured at the university of Aberystwyth and Cambridge in England. Three of his books have been published in India. His numerous educational and psychic articles are also published in England. He has a grown up daughter and son. As a retired academic he now in Swedan with his Thelma. While he lived in London, he was very much involved with spiritualism. The author has vision of Jesus Christ, Sri Aurobindo Ghosh and man6y other great spirits. The book is based on his personal experiences.
