ABOUT THE AUTHOR Neelam Sharma

Dr. Neelam Sharma was born on August 12, 1975 in Jaipur. She completed her Post Graduation from department of political science, university of rajasthan, Jaipur. She was awarded gold medal in political Science from university of rajasthan. She did her Ph.D. from university of rajasthan in 2006. She started her career as lecturer in Government Arts College Alwar and presently posted as lecturer in Govt. P.G. College Dausa. Dr. Sharma published various articles and research papers in Vidhan Bodhanmi (Journal of legislative Assembly) and ASTI (Association of State Training Institutes). She also presented her papers in International Political science Association (IPSA) in Qubec and Canada in the year 2000 and Fukuoka, Japan in year 2006. She also participated and [presented papers in various national Conferences.
