The Process of Communication

Ms. S. Kundra (b. 1974) earned her Masters' degree in Mass Communication, and P.G. Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations from the Indian Institute of Mass Communications. Has worked as researcher in the field of Mass Communication. Currently she is associated with A.C. Nielsen ORG.MARG. (Delhi) as Senior Research Executive. She has authored many outstanding books which were widely acclaimed.
