She is currently working as a Faculty Associate at Icfai Business School Research Centre, Pune. Prior to joining Icfai, she worked with organizations like IIHT Nagpur, Reliance Infocomm, Nagpur, Reliance Webstores Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur, and Six Sigma Alchemy Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai.
