She is an Associate Professor in Industrial Relation and Personnel Management at T.M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur. She is a life member of Indian Society of Labour Economics and Contributed research papers in many National/International and Conferences and Seminar besides '2nd Global Labour Forum'.
