ABOUT THE AUTHOR Suneera Kapoor
Suneera Kapoor is presently Professor and chairperson in the Department of Political Science, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. She is also Honorary Director of Nehru Studies Centre, which is financially assisted by the University Grants Commission. She has special interest in the field of Indian Political Thought and Political Theory. She has authored Sri Aurobindo Ghosh and Bal Gangadhar Tilak: the Spirit of Freedom (1991) and has contributed a number of articles in various journals and books.
