(Public Administration) presently Visiting faculty of Institute of Management Sciences (IMS) and Department of Public Administration, Lucknow University, Lucknow. Renounced member of Quality Circle Forum of India. Kanpur chapter Outstanding contributions in different programmes on Quality Circle and Development of Supervisory skills. Often called for training programmes for middle and higher level officers of the Government, Public Sectors and Banks etc. Some of the institutions where he has served as trainer are HAL, NTPC, Parley Biscuits, Kanpur Defence Organisation, Canara Bank etc. Has published ten papers i national and International Generals. Excellent experience of two decades at Industrial and Corporate level in U.P. Electronics Corporation Ltd. Lucknow.
