ABOUT THE AUTHOR Saurabh Kumar Dixit

Saurabh Kumar Dixit (b. July 5, 1979) has done his four years Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. After completing his graduation in Hotel Management, he pursued Masters degree in Tourism Management from I.G.N.O.U., New Delhi. He has also qualified for JRF-NET(Tourism Management) examination being conducted by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi and received Junior Research Fellowship for doing D.Phil. (Tourism). He is pursuing his doctoral work on Hotel and Restaurant Operation in Garhwal Himalaya  A Case Study of Food and Beverage Units. He has worked in CMTHS, H.N.B. Garhwal University, Srinagar, Garhwal and C.Z. Patel College of Business and Management, Anand, Gujarat as Lecturer in Hotel Management. Presently, he is working as Assistant Professor in Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. So far his eight research papers have been published, besides, he has participated in many national and international seminars.
