Ayurveda is a system of medicine where both the physical as well as the Psychological aspects of the disease are borne in mind and the disease is treated. This system which moulds a man’s life is said to have been born with him. Atharva veda gives elaborate description of many plants and their therapeutic uses. Why is Ayurveda which has such a strong ancient background in such a deplorable state today? Can the green herbs which are natures gifts lose their potency? The thought is far from reality.
