This book gives practical guidance and suggestions for the training of social workers and who have taken up the social work. It is expected that the book will be appreciated by various social welfare departments of various states of India and the Government of India and other private agencies who are engaged in doing social work in India and other developing countries. ABOUT THE AUTHOR Prakash M. Katare
Dr. Prakash Marotrao Katare born in 1954, did his masters in Social Work from Marathwala University, Aurangabad. He obtained his Ph.D. in Sociology from Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. He has published number of research articles in Journal of national repute. He is recognized Ph.D. Supervisor of S.R.T.M. University in Sociology. Presently he is working as an Associate professor in School of Social Sciences, S.R.T.M. University, and having a P.G. teaching experience of 20 years. He has presented research papers in national Seminars and Conferences. He was the member of management Council of S.R.T.M. University Nanded from 1996-2001. he has a quality of leadership and command competency in his discipline.
