ABOUT THE AUTHOR Ashutosh Pandey

Ashutosh Pande is a Science graduate with PG Diploma in HRD and also full time residential Mba (Durham University, UK) for which he was awarded Nehru centenary British Fellowship by Govt. of India in 1993. He is presently working as Faculty member, at Power Management institute of NTPC, a public sector "Maharatna" company in power sector. Before Joining NTPC in the year 2004, he was working as Dy. Director (HRD) in National Productivity council, New Delhi. He has been a management consultant and trainer for more than 15 years and has helped several Organizations in both public and private sector in managing change for Higher productivity and growth. He is a certified NLP practitioner, certified OJT trainer (APO Singapore), and certified coach from International coaching Community, London.
