ABOUT THE AUTHOR S P Beri

Dr. S P Beri has been successfully running a dog clinic for almost two decades in Delhi. Dog owners who visit him regularly for guidance and treatment single him out for his genuine love for dogs and gentle care. After 33 years of long experience in research, breeding and disease control, Dr. Beri retired as Additional Director, Veterinary services, Government of Madhya Pradesh. He has published numerous articles and research papers in scientific journals and is a widely sought after speaker. He has also served as Secretary in the Society for Prevention of Cruelty Towards Animals, Ajmer. Equipped with a post-graduate degree in microbiology from the University of Lyon, France, Dr. Beri furthered his expertise with specializations in the production of vaccines, antisera and diagnostic agents for animals. On his frequent international travels, he continues to visit dog clinics and dog training centers to keep abreast of new developments in dog care.
