Vision for Varanasi: Approach to City Management

Aman Gupta, is well-known for his research on human development. He holds post-graduate diploma in human resource management and social work. A teacher by profession, he is having about twenty years of professional experience. Being a devoted human rights activist, he is actively engaged in serving indigenous people in human rights violated areas and organizing programmes to protect their rights. Widely traveled all over the world, he has organized and participated in many national as well as international conferences related to human rights and civil liberties. He has many research articles on human rights issues to his credit, which have got published in well-known journals.

Dr. Preeti Singh, has received her Bachelor Degree in Arts specialized in Political Sciences in year 2000 and further Masters Degree in Political Science in year 2002 from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. Later on she got her M. Phill. Degree in year 2003 from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. She achieved her doctoral degree in year 2006 and from then onwards she is lecturer in Government Degree College, Gonda, Aligarh. She has given many seminars at National level. She is a prolific writer and orator.
