One may wonder when one reads from the organon of medicine that opium given during the chill stage of intermittent fever will quickly deprive the patient of his life and that oxalic acid given in globules (in which normally homoeopathic medicines are dispensed with) will lead to stone formation in the kidneys and that it should, therefore, be dispensed in liquid. The first part (philosophical part) from Kent’s lesser writings and the second part (practical part) from various other books. Time is short, patient may not have much of time at his disposal. But at the same time a wrong medicine will only do him harm. While dealing with a particular (so called) disease, do not hesitate to refer to the disease concerned under the chapter "Disease" and while Dealing with the medicine refer to the medicine concerned under the chapters "General Directions" and "Cautions" given in this book.
