Who is Indian?

Dr. Vinay Vikash is M.A. and Ph.D. in English Literature. He has taken English Language and Literature classes as a Lecturer, in Bihar and various colleges of Delhi University, New Delhi and edited many books. His many articles have been published. His one fiction, Who is India? has been published and another one -The Fury and the Silence is going to be published very soon.
