ABOUT THE AUTHOR Vaikunth Mehta

Vaikunth Mehta obtained his Master and Ph.D. degrees from Nagpur University. He started his career as a lecturer in 1976 and was subsequently promoted to the position of Departmental Head. He has got an accumulated experience of teaching in the field of public enterprises, business laws, accounting and management. Mehta is presently working as the research scholar on Constitution of India and its future.
