ABOUT THE AUTHOR Sheela Gulati

Sheela Gulati took Master Degree in Economics and subsequently a Master degree in Education from the M.S. university of Baroda. She taught college classes for six years before she was awarded scholar of Exceptional merit for studies in education of the neurologically challenged at the lady Welham Institute for Special Children category, Canada. She has a lo9ng experience of work in the field of education. She is closely associated with over eight national and international professional bodies and has several books and research articles to her credit.
