The empowerment of women is a broadly endorsed strategy for solving a host of difficult problems, from child poverty to gender violence to international development. In the changing scenario of globalization women empowerment has taken a new dimension. New scopes and opportunities are emerging to improve the socio economic conditions of women. The Govt. of India is not taking different issues to empower rural and urban women with the help of international communities.
