Women in Hill Agriculture

This book attempts to analyse the role of rural women of Hill Region of Uttarakhand in the development of agriculture. Taking a close look at the background characteristics of women, it finds out the extent of their involvement in decision-making process related to the management of resources for household, farm, livestock and income generating activities. It also tries to identity the factors that influence their participation in decision-making and decision implementation processes.
