Dr. Ravi Prakash Yadav is a faculty member of university Department of Industrial Relations and personnel Management, T.M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur (Bihar). He has more than 35 articles to his credit published in various journals, edited books and magazines. He has presented more than 15 papers in national and international seminars and conferences. He has authored 2 books, viz. Baal Shram: Samasaya Avam Samadhan and Bharat Main Mahila Shramik.
