Workers’ Participation In Management

‘Industrial relations’ is a major force which influences the social, political and economic development of a country. In the changing industrial environment and in the context of the fast technological development in India, employers and trade unions have to face the challenge of finding new ways to stimulate greater productivity and job satisfaction among the workers. Worker is no longer to be treated as having a commodity value only but he should be treated essentially, as a partner in the organization and is entitled to dignity and fair treatment.
