Number of aged of our society is increasing. Similarly proportion of women is the work-force is also rising leading to structural changes in society. Family has been the major source of care-giving to the aged’s. Forces of modernization, urbanization, industrialization and individualism etc have weakened he family ties as a result aged’s care is at a stake.
