ABOUT THE AUTHOR Abha Nawani

Mrs. Abha Nawani was born on 5th January 1948. She passed M.A. History from BHU with first class first among all the students of her class in the year 1969. She was awarded Ph.D. degree from the same university in the year 1974 with the research topic Socio-Economic Development of Uttar Pradesh, 1947-54. Later on she joined Saugar University as a Lecturer in the year 1983. Presently she holds the position of Reader and Chairperson Board of Studies in History.
