The fourth chapter marks entirely with Khadi-movement as it was an unique feature of Gandhian ideology. The fifth chapter rightly highlights the extent to which his programme was implemented by the Congress Government in U.P. The sixth chapter forms the hardcore of this work and throws light on the Gandhiji’s complete programme of rural reconstruction. Chapter seventh coversup Gandhiji’s precept and concept of basic education. Chapter eight obviously provides conclusion with an original contribution to historical research in Modern Indian History.
