It has been noticed that in the last few decades the impact of human activities on the environment has become more accelerated and pronounced. Pressure from rapid population growth, urbanization, industrial expansion advances in science and technology and their application have caused these accelerated changes leading to serious environmental problem. ABOUT THE AUTHOR B.S. Yadav
Dr. B.S. Yadav is presenlty working as a Reader and Head, P.G. Deptt., of Economics D.N. College, Gulaothi (Bulandshahr). He obtained his M.A. in Economics (1973) with first division from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He got his M.Phil degree in 1978 with first division from the Panjabi University, Patiala. He did his Ph.D., in Economcis (1989) from the Agra University, Agra. Dr. Yadav has to his credit a number of articles and research papers published in variuos leading Economic Journals. Forty eights students have also complected their Dissertations in M.A. (Eco.), under his supervision till now. Dr. Yadar has already authored and co-author several books on Economics.
