Udai Pareek is a Distinguished Visiting Professor and Vice President of the Management Board of the Indian Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR) Jaipur, India. His areas of professional interest and expertise include: Facilitating Change at Individual, Group and Organization levels, Instruments for HRD and Role-based Interventions. He is an Advisory Member of Human Resource Development International for Asia and the Middle East, and is the Editor of the Journal of Health Management. He has authored and edited about 50 books and more than 350 papers. His works have been cited in national and international reference books.
