ABOUT THE AUTHOR S.P. Bahera
Col. S.P. Bahera (Retd.) was commissional in regimental of army in 1963. He did his M.A. In Sociology and M.Phil. In Defence and strategic studies from madras university. He has been throughout a serious officer and well disciplined. He has penned several articles published in various defence Journals.
