This book aims to provide an overall introduction to the various aspects of Tui Na. It is laid out in three parts. Part two gives practical user-friendly instruction on how to apply twenty commonly used Tui Na techniques plus Qi Gong exercises for building up general health, strength and stamina. Parat three puts the two together, providing simple treatments for common ailments, such as headaches. Everything is laid oout as simply and clearly as possible, making the information and instructions accessible to anyone who is interested-from the patient and lay practitioner to the budding Tui Na student and practitioners of related therapies.
