ABOUT THE AUTHOR N. Jose Chander

N. Jose Chander is presently a Visiting Professor of Political Science at the School of International Relations, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala. He was, earlier, Professor of Political Science and Director of the Institute of Distance Education, University of Kerala. Also, he was Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Kerala. He has authored many books including Legislative Process in Kerala; Dynamics of State Politics; and Management of Distance Education. He has participated and presented papers in various national and international conferences.
