ABOUT THE AUTHOR Manisha Pathak Shelat

Manisha Pathak Shelat is a faculty in Journalism and Communication at Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. She was a visiting faculty at the King Mongkut’s University of Technology, Thonburi, Bangkok. With over 15 years of professional experience. Dr. Shelat has published many articles in national and international journals of repute. She received faculty research award of the Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute in 1996 to study the Canadian experience in media literacy.
